nie mozna zaprogramowac ken2 pod xp, tylko windows 98 i millennium

I have Windows XP with W98 emulation (working OK)
I have LTP and COM cables conected
I have Codeupdate and PTClauncher software installed (working OK)
- if I run one of them everething is OK (port commun OK)
but !!! - if I run both together - there is a problem with port
communication
- ERROR message like "can´t open com port"
I really dont know whats wrong
any help or idea?
Or shall I use this software only on W98 computer (no emulation)?
